Exchange and Return

If unfortunately, you want to cancel your order, please do within 24 hours of placing the order. 

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your saree within 1 day from the time you received provided the product is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover and unused. 

we do not have pick up facility so the pick-up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.

Please note that tailoring orders/customized products are not refundable.
